When customers ask AI, does your name come up?

People have stopped scrolling through search results. They ask an assistant, get three names, and pick one. This shows you whether yours is on that list.

An AI assistant, just now

Helps us ask the questions your customers actually ask.

Takes about a minute. No card, no account.

      Why this matters now

Search stopped being a list of links

Assistants answer with a handful of names. Everyone else is invisible — not ranked low, simply absent.

      How it works

Type your name. That's the whole setup.

No install, no code, nothing to connect. You'll have an answer before your coffee goes cold.

      1

      We write the real questions

Not keywords — the way a customer actually types it. "Who does emergency plumbing on a Sunday?"

      2

      We ask the assistants

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, each with live web search, and we record every answer.

      3

      You get the fixes

Your score, who won your customers, anything AI states wrongly about you — and the files to publish.

      What you get

      Not another dashboard

Most tools tell you there's a problem and stop. This hands you the answer already written.

      Who beat you, by name

The competitors AI recommends when it doesn't recommend you, and how often.

      What AI gets wrong

Wrong hours, wrong services, "permanently closed" — each one reached a customer deciding whether to come.

      Listings that disagree

When your phone or address differs between sites, assistants stop trusting all of them. We find the mismatches.

      Files ready to publish

Your business details tagged so AI can read them, and a draft FAQ page answering the questions you're missing.

      Pricing

      Questions

      Before you ask

      Is this SEO?

Related, but not the same. Ranking on Google and being named by an assistant are decided differently — a business can sit at the top of search results and never be mentioned by ChatGPT. This measures the second thing.

      Do I need a website?

No. The check works from your business name and city. A website gives assistants more to read, so it helps — but plenty of businesses get recommended on their listings and reviews alone.

Will my score be exactly what my customers see?

No, and nobody can promise that. Assistants personalise answers and change them over time. We ask the same questions the same way each week, so the movement is meaningful even though any single answer varies.

      How long until it improves?

Assistants re-read listings and pages over days to weeks, not minutes. Correct something today and expect to see it reflected in a week or two — which is why we check weekly rather than once.

What does the free check leave out?

It asks 5 questions on 2 assistants instead of 20 across all of them, and it doesn't compare your listings or generate the fixes. It's a real result, just a smaller sample.
